- You do not have to have it, but unsealed concrete re-stains fast around here. The sealer is the difference between clean for a season and clean for years.
- Will the oil stains come out?
- Most do. Randy pre-treats them and hits them directly instead of sweeping past. Deep old oil can leave a shadow, and he will tell you that before he starts, not after.
- Why not just have it chemically sprayed?
- Spray-and-rinse kills the surface algae and leaves the ground-in grime. A surface cleaner pulls the dirt out of the pores, which is why the finish comes back even.
- How long before I can park on it?
- He gives you the exact window when he seals it, usually the same day or next morning.
